Example: On implementing for one customer, within minutes it was found that rules had been maliciously setup (could be weeks or months ago) on the accounts mailbox diverting all emails relating to some customers away, this was probably only days away from a scam whereby, from this same mailbox, its likely an email would be sent out to some customers advising that bank details had changed and to make future payments to the new bank account, I am sure you can see where that would end!
